The newly redesigned Leander ISD Human Sexuality Curriculum is created specifically for Leander ISD with the support of a health education specialist and  meets the TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) for Human Sexuality. There will be a total of four lessons that will be made available through Google Classroom in order to facilitate student engagement with the curriculum. 

During the week of May 5th-8th we will provide space and time for students who OPT IN  the learning to work through the lessons independently with a teacher present to facilitate their work.

Texas House Bill 1525 requires that students MUST OPT IN to complete the Human Sexuality Curriculum. Please see below to access the OPT IN form.
